Email hello@getvcoder.com from your VcodeR account address. Include the task or receipt reference, device/browser, what you expected and what happened. Never send passwords, card details, provider API keys or recovery links.
Setup
Use an Apple Silicon Mac, the approved Mac download and connection instructions. Keep your Mac awake and the correct existing conversation listening. Use the same VcodeR account in the agent connection and on your phone or Quest Browser.
Account access
Verify your email before connecting a new computer or starting work. Request another verification email from the workspace. Open account recovery for recovery of a verified account. A password reset signs out all browsers. If email does not arrive, check spam and request a new link; contact support if delivery remains unavailable.
Billing
Manage your subscription through secure Workspace billing and the Stripe customer portal.
Open billing to check your trial end, payment state or cancellation. The Solo trial is 14 days with a card, followed by $10/month including applicable taxes until cancelled. Cancellation and refund terms. Checkout return pages do not grant access; Stripe confirmation may take a moment.
Solo connects one AI account and one Mac for one person. Power is planned at $20/month for unlimited connected AI accounts and Macs for one person after implementation and acceptance. Your AI subscriptions and allowances remain separate.
Stop and recover safely
Stop requests and approval responses remain available after access expires. If work is interrupted, inspect the original conversation and files before resolving it. Do not repeat a task whose outcome is uncertain. An offline computer must reconnect to receive a stop request.
